The Five Stages

Your Project, Step by Step

Every Ferro Designs project — kitchen, wardrobe, vanity or commercial — follows this same process. Predictable, transparent, and built around our 50-day commitment.

01
Day 0–1 · Free

1. Consultation & Site Visit

You reach out — via website, WhatsApp or phone. Our designer visits your home, measures the space precisely, assesses Vastu direction, shows finish samples in person and discusses your requirements. No guesswork, no assumptions.

Precise measurement — every centimetre confirmed on site
Vastu assessment included — direction, placement, layout zones
Real finish samples shown — see and touch before you decide
Budget range discussed — no commitment required
Ferro Designs consultation — premium steel kitchen
Stage One
Free. No obligation.
02
Day 2–5

2. 3D Design & Sign-Off

Our team builds a full 3D visualisation — exact dimensions, your chosen finishes, hardware placement and layout. You review, request changes freely, and approve the final design and written quotation before a single component is manufactured.

Full 3D walkthrough of your space with the new design
Unlimited revisions at design stage — all changes free
Detailed written quotation — no hidden line items
50-day countdown begins from sign-off date

Day 6–22

3. In-House Manufacturing

Your design goes straight to our factory floor — no outsourcing, no third-party fabricators reinterpreting specs. Steel components are cut, formed, finished and fitted with Indian & German hardware (HETTICH, HAFELE, BLUM, KESSEBOHMER, REHAU) to exact approved dimensions.

100% in-house — your specs, zero interpretation loss
Quality checkpoints at every production stage
Components labelled and prepared for site delivery
WhatsApp progress updates sent during this stage
Ferro Designs manufacturing — high gloss steel kitchen
Stage Three
Built to spec. Not to estimate.
04
Day 23–30

4. Delivery & Installation

Our own trained engineers arrive on-site with all components. No cutting, sanding, painting or varnishing in your home — steel modular components arrive pre-fabricated and assemble cleanly. Final walkthrough and quality sign-off with you before we leave.

Ferro's own engineers — accountable to our warranty
Minimal disruption — dust sheets and cleanup as standard
Final quality walkthrough with you before sign-off

The Difference

Ferro Process vs. Typical Carpenter Project

Ferro Designs
Fixed 50-day timeline, committed in writing
Full 3D design approved before manufacturing starts
In-house manufacturing — one accountable team
Ferro's own installation engineers
Written quotation — Indian & German hardware included as standard
Proactive after-sales calls at 1, 6, 12 months
Lifetime warranty + buy-back guarantee*
Typical Carpenter Project
"2-3 months" — often extends without explanation
Design discussed verbally, finalised during construction
Multiple subcontractors — carpenter, painter, hardware fitter
Site labour of varying skill, hired per project
Hardware often quoted separately, can be substituted
You call them if something goes wrong — if they answer
Informal warranty, no resale or buy-back value
